Welcome to Texas

We're back from Texas where it was 87 degrees last sunday. I plan to get around to posting all of our adventures soon. In the mean time, here are a few shots for the sistahs. Can't you just hear the diving board spring in Sandalwood?

This is my old neighborhood lake in Houston. It looks just the same (only a little better looked after) as when we moved there August 1973. Later I will get around to pictures of what has been built on our old lot.

It's nice to be home. Especially because I forgot to put my suitcase in the car and had to wear basically the same clothes for a week. Loopy.

Carolyn - Not only did we go to Texas, we also forgot to put your CD in the mail before we left. I just popped it in this morning. Sorry.

Kj - Call me.

Judy - Next stop Lego Land?

Mirjam - Tagged? Is it a hard one?

Katie - The shopping muse was not one with me this week. What is up with that?

Better tagged than branded.

Even though I only went to El Paso (which by all accounts has an inferiority complex of some sort going on and is seemingly agreed upon by all the residents of the Lone Star State), I like your Texas.
