Four Zinas ... even though I know more.

I have counted and I am proud to say that I know SEVEN Zinas. I know more Zinas than Kims or Emilys. Possibly, I know more Zinas than Marcia/Marshas. (That will be a post for another day.) Even better than knowing many Zinas is seeing four out of seven in less than 24 hours.

It all started with running into Zina Lee at a wedding reception. Look how much these two look alike! Maybe Zina and Zina can get together more often. The next day was Grandma Zina's 96th birthday where I got a shot of Zina Rae, Zina Sabine, and Zina Alice. Sadly missing from our celebration were the three others -- Zina, Zina and Zina.

(counting)

I have to say the high light of the afternoon was when Zina showed Grandma Zina how many three is with her fingers. Grandma Zina responded by showing little Zina how many NINETY-SIX is on her fingers. (She can also say the alphabet back-wards.)

Happy Birthday, Grandma Zina!

Editor's note: This post employed the term Zina twenty times. Make that twenty-one.

yeah for the Z club!!! I think you combined my name with Adah's, which is perfectly fine, as my middle name is actually Lenore (or when I was about baby Zina's name I referred to myself as 'Zina-the-nore' because I couldn't say Lenore). It was lovely seeing you and your fam! Me and baby Zina should have some play dates!!!

Kj - Hooray for Idaho??

Zina - I actually just guessed. I knew the L wasn't for Louisa. My Zina just calls herself "Thyna".

Britt - Your photos are lovely.

I bought Zina brand couscous here in France. I'll have to take a photo of it for your Zina as the package is quite cute.

You have to bring me the box. I should import the stuff. Just think of all the people I know named Zina that would buy it. We'd be rich, rich, I tell you!
