Ha ha ha . . . I get two vacations in a row. Last week I was in Hawaii and this week I am relaxing in the beautiful land of Kim and Cindy-dom. Today we went to the National Arboretum to see if we could find them some nice botanical boys to take home as their prize for visiting DC. Alas, they found no future husbands only two noisy kids.
I have decided that Kim and Cindy are better mothers to my children than I am so I tried to give them away. No luck. And this picture of Kim - look closely and you will see that she is communing with some sort of anthaphorid, maybe even a Centris! The rest of us would call this a BEE.
I took this picture in the Hirshhorn Museum of Modern Art and I think it should be Cindy's business card. (Except for the religion part. "I'm a Mormon yes I am . . .")

Kim looks like she was chasing the bee. Cindy looks like a church steeple. I'm glad you are having so much fun with everyone visiting! Wish I was there too, but adding my hyper children to yours would really be exausting.
By the way I am Kim's sister and since she doesn't have any pictures, so sad, I am commenting on your blog instead!
